1. Introduction

BestLineSoft LLC (“we”, “our”, or “the Company”) respects your right to privacy and data control.

This User Data Deletion Policy explains how users can request the deletion of their personal data collected through our platforms, applications, or communication channels.

This policy applies to all BestLineSoft platforms and services, including but not limited to Sudial, Glonavi, TuSlide, MiMédicoPlus, and ISYPLUS, as well as any other software operated by BestLineSoft LLC.

2. How to Request Data Deletion

If you have used any BestLineSoft application or service and wish to request deletion of your personal data, please follow the steps below:

1.  Send an email to compliance@bestlinesoft.com with the subject line:

   “User Data Deletion Request."

2. Include the following details in your message:

   • Your full name

   • The email address or phone number associated with your account

   • The name of the platform or application (e.g., Sudial, Glonavi, TuSlide, etc.)

   • A brief description of the data you wish to delete (if applicable)

3. Once your request is received and verified, we will permanently delete your personal data from our systems within 30 calendar days, except where retention is required by:

   • Applicable laws or regulatory obligations

   • Legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention, billing, or security audits

4. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the deletion process is completed.

3. Scope of Deletion

The deletion process includes the removal of:

• Account information (name, email, phone number, and login credentials)

• Communication records and stored messages under your account

• Uploaded or stored multimedia content (images, videos, documents, etc.)

However, deletion does not apply to:

• Data that has been anonymized or aggregated for statistical purposes

• Data controlled by BestLineSoft’s clients (for example, messages or content sent through Sudial or TuSlide managed by client organizations)

• Backups temporarily retained for system integrity, which will be automatically purged after their retention period

 4. Data Controlled by Clients

BestLineSoft LLC acts as a technology provider that enables clients to manage their own communications, multimedia, and user data.

If your information was collected, processed, or stored by one of our client organizations, you must contact that client directly to request data deletion.

In such cases, BestLineSoft LLC serves only as a data processor and cannot delete, alter, or access client-controlled data without their authorization.

 5. Verification and Response Time

To protect user privacy, all deletion requests must be verified before processing.

We may ask for additional information to confirm your identity and ensure that only authorized users can request deletion.

Verified requests will be processed within 30 days of confirmation.
