Cancellation Policy

  1. General Terms

BestLineSoft LLC is committed to providing exceptional and timely service to all clients.

If you wish to cancel a contracted service or a product import process established under a formal agreement, please review the following policy.

These guidelines are applied strictly and uniformly to ensure fairness and transparency.

2. Before Making an Advance or Full Payment

Our services commence once an advance or full payment is received under the agreed terms.

If no payment has been made, the client may cancel within five (5) days after signing or accepting the agreement.

If we are not contacted within that period, the agreement will automatically terminate without penalty.

3. After Making an Advance or Full Payment

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of payment are eligible for a full refund with no additional fees.

  • Cancellations made after 24 hours will be reviewed case by case, as certain costs may have already been incurred through third-party providers or service partners.

  • For product purchases made through external suppliers, refunds cannot be guaranteed once procurement processes begin.

  • For services provided directly by BestLineSoft staff, we will bill only for the portion of work completed and refund the remaining balance.

 4. Cancellation Request Procedure

All cancellation requests must be submitted by email to compliance@bestlinesoft.com.

  • Requests made within 24 hours will be refunded through the original payment method.

  • Requests submitted after 24 hours will receive a follow-up email to review applicable conditions and confirm next steps under this policy.

  • All refunds will be processed as promptly as possible after verification and confirmation.

 5. Limitation of Liability

BestLineSoft LLC shall not be held responsible for delays or failures in refund processing caused by third-party payment processors, financial institutions, or external service providers.

Our responsibility is limited to the services and payments directly managed by BestLineSoft.

6. Data and Privacy

All cancellations and refund-related communications are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which governs how client and transaction information is collected, stored, and processed.

7. Final Statement

We strive to make our cancellation process as transparent and fair as possible, reflecting our commitment to customer satisfaction, ethical practices, and service excellence.
