Each client using our platforms is the data controller and is fully responsible for the information they collect, send, record, display, or process through our systems, including personal information, messages, images, videos, or other media from their users or customers.
BestLineSoft LLC acts only as a data processor with respect to the information it collects directly from its clients (such as account details, billing information, and credentials required for platform access). We do not control, access, or use the personal information, recordings, or advertising content that our clients manage within their own business operations and therefore cannot be held responsible for its content, accuracy, or lawful use.
If an end user wishes to exercise any privacy rights (such as access, correction, or deletion) related to data managed by one of our clients, they should contact that client directly.
7. Limitation of Liability
BestLineSoft LLC shall not be held responsible for any misuse, unauthorized disclosure, or unlawful processing of data performed by its clients or third parties using our platforms.
Our responsibility is limited to the data we collect and process directly for account management and service operation.
