  1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the access and use of all software, applications, and digital platforms operated by BestLineSoft LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Michigan, USA (“BestLineSoft,” “we,” “our,” or “the Company”).

 

By using any of our platforms — including but not limited to Sudial, Glonavi, TuSlide, MiMédicoPlus, ISYPLUS, and any future software or related services — you agree to these Terms and to all policies referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy and Cancellation Policy.

 

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not access or use our services.

2. Scope of Services

BestLineSoft LLC provides cloud-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) products that facilitate communication automation, fleet and camera monitoring, business management, digital advertising, and other technology solutions for clients across various industries.

 

Each service may include specific modules, interfaces, or APIs that integrate with third-party systems (such as Meta, Google, or cloud hosting providers).

 

Access to these services may require user registration, subscription fees, or contractual agreements depending on the platform.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

  • Users must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

  • Each user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and for all activities conducted under their account.

  • The client agrees to use the software only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

  • Any misuse of the platforms — including unauthorized access, data extraction, resale, or use of the services for spam, fraud, or illegal content — is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or termination.

 4. Payments and Billing

Payments for BestLineSoft’s software and services may be made either directly through our websites (where prices, plans, or activation fees are published) or under specific contractual agreements established with the client.

 

All prices are displayed or quoted in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. Clients located outside the United States are responsible for any currency conversion fees, international bank charges, or local taxes applicable in their country.

 

Payments must be made according to the plan, published terms, or signed agreement. Refunds, cancellations, and payment reversals are governed by our Cancellation Policy.

 

BestLineSoft reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any service in the event of nonpayment, chargebacks, unauthorized use, or breach of the agreed terms.

 5. Data and Privacy

All data collected through our platforms is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

 

BestLineSoft acts as a technology provider and data processor, while each client is the data controller responsible for any personal, visual, or communication data entered or transmitted through our systems.

 

We do not access, sell, or use our clients’ end-user data for any purpose other than service functionality and maintenance.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the software, source code, trademarks, graphics, interfaces, and documentation are the exclusive property of BestLineSoft LLC.

 

Clients and users receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software solely for internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.

 

Users may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or resell any portion of the software or related materials without prior written consent from BestLineSoft LLC.
